Our Menu & Dishes
What types of ramen do you offer?
Our ramen menu features several carefully crafted specialities, each with its own unique character. The tonkotsu, our signature bowl, is made from a pork bone broth simmered for 12 hours — if you love rich, creamy flavours, this is the one for you. The miso ramen, hearty and comforting, is perfect for warming up in winter. The shoyu ramen, with its clear soy-seasoned broth, is the lightest and most delicate on our menu, ideal for a first-time visit. Our vegetarian ramen, with a vegetable and shiitake mushroom broth, will delight umami lovers who prefer a meat-free option. Every bowl comes topped with fresh noodles, chashu pork, marinated egg, nori, and seasonal vegetables. Explore full descriptions, photos, and prices on our dedicated ramen page.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
We offer a full range of vegetarian options across our entire menu. On the ramen side, our vegetarian ramen is prepared with a miso broth made from vegetables and shiitake mushrooms, served with grilled tofu, seaweed, corn, and crunchy vegetables. For poke bowls, our veggie poke bowl with seasoned rice, edamame, avocado, mango, cucumber, and a house-made sesame sauce is a fresh and flavourful choice. We also have vegetable gyoza with a filling of cabbage, carrot, shiitake, and ginger. Our Japanese curry is also available in a vegetable version with seasonal vegetables, tofu, and Japanese rice. For sides, our edamame and mixed salads are great options. See all the details on our full menu. Feel free to ask our staff for recommendations when you visit.
Are your dishes made in-house?
At Yoki Ramen, homemade cooking is a core belief, not a marketing tagline. Every single dish is prepared on site, every day, by our kitchen team. Here is what our artisanal commitment looks like: our ramen broths simmer for a minimum of 12 hours to develop their full depth of flavour. The chashu (braised pork) is slowly cooked at low temperature for several hours to achieve melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Our marinated eggs (ajitsuke tamago) are steeped in a soy-mirin marinade for 24 hours. Sauces and seasonings — tare, infused oil, ponzu — are made fresh daily from our own recipes. The gyoza dough is kneaded on site every morning before being hand-filled. Our curry sauce is prepared from scratch using a homemade roux and a spice blend we measure ourselves. For our sushi and maki, the rice is prepared daily and the fish is sourced from specialist suppliers to guarantee impeccable freshness. This artisanal work, from broth to plate, is the very foundation of our cooking and what sets Yoki Ramen apart from Japanese restaurant chains.
What is the average price of a meal?
Our ramen bowls are priced between 12 and 16 euros depending on the recipe and toppings. Sushi and maki platters start at 10 euros for simple sets and go up to 20 euros for the most generous assortments. At lunchtime on weekdays, we offer set lunch menus that include a main dish, a side, and a drink at an attractive price. Starters such as gyoza and edamame start from 5 euros. For a full meal with a starter, main course, and drink, expect to spend between 18 and 25 euros per person. Check our full menu for details on every dish and set menu.

Allergens & Dietary Requirements
How can I find out about allergens in your dishes?
Allergen transparency is a top priority for us. Our front-of-house team is trained to answer all your questions about the ingredients in our dishes. When you visit, please don't hesitate to let your server know about any allergies or food intolerances before ordering. You can also call us on 07 64 51 95 07 if you'd like to check before coming to the restaurant. The main allergens present in our kitchen include: gluten (ramen noodles, soy sauce), shellfish, fish, soy, sesame, and eggs. To learn more about your rights as a consumer, visit the official French government website.
Do you offer gluten-free dishes?
Some of our dishes are naturally gluten-free or can be adapted on request. Our rice-based poke bowls, sashimi, and certain starters such as edamame are gluten-free. However, traditional ramen is made with wheat noodles and the broth contains soy sauce, which includes gluten. We recommend speaking with our staff on site to identify the options that suit your dietary needs. We do our best to offer alternatives wherever possible, without compromising the taste quality of our dishes.
